自分だけの兵器を作り出す物理演算サンドボックスをVRゲーム化。「Besiege VR」，Metaストアで本日リリース

　Spiderling Studiosは本日（2025年8月1日），「Besiege」（PC / PS5 / PS4 / Nintendo Switch / Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One）をVR化した「Besiege VR」をMetaストアでリリースした。価格は3100円（税込）。移植は3R Gamesが担当している。

　Besiegeは，さまざまなパーツを組合わせて自分だけの最強兵器を作り出すサンドボックスシミュレーションだ。カタパルトのような原始的な兵器から，戦車やヘリなどのハイテクな兵器まで，思いつくままに作りあげて，目標を破壊していく。
　物理演算ベースの激しい破壊表現も魅力だ。


　Besiege VRでは，実際に兵器に乗り込んで操作でき，ビジュアルもサウンドも臨場感満載で楽しめる。敵側の視点でも戦場を体験でき，自分が作り出した兵器がどのような威力を発揮するのか，新たな視点で楽しめる。
　建築もVRで操作するので，自分で作り上げているという，没入感の高い体験が可能だ。
